Trading Journal – Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy (“Policy”) explains how subscriptions, free trials, and cancellations work for Trading Journal (the “Service”) operated by Mumble Munch LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By subscribing to the Service, you (“you” or “User”) agree to this Policy.
1. Free Trial
- New users are eligible for a 7‑day free trial of any plan.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial from within your account settings. If you cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will not be charged.
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your selected subscription fee will be charged automatically on day 8 and will renew according to the plan's billing cycle.
2. No Refunds
- All payments are final. We do not offer partial or full refunds for any reason, including unused time or downgrades.
- By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for any charges incurred and that no refunds will be provided.
3. Cancellation After the Trial
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.
- After cancellation, you will not be billed again, but no refund will be issued for the remaining period of your current billing cycle.
4. Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback violates this Policy. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and pursue any outstanding amounts.
