Trading Journal – Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned upon your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms and all applicable laws. These Terms form a binding legal agreement between you and the Company.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

3. Subscription Plans and Billing

The Service is offered through paid subscription plans. By selecting a plan, you authorize us to charge the payment method you provide for recurring fees, taxes, and any other charges associated with your plan. All fees are stated and charged in U.S. dollars. You may cancel at any time, but payments are non‑refundable except where required by law.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

1. Violate any applicable law or regulation.
2. Upload or share content that is unlawful, defamatory, or infringes intellectual property rights.
3. Use the Service to distribute spam or malicious software.
4. Attempt to interfere with or compromise our systems or security.
5. Reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service, including software, graphics, trademarks, and content provided by us, remain with the Company and its licensors. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or other brand features without our prior written permission.

6. User Content and License Grant

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, USA, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Ada County, Idaho. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a revision is material, we will provide notice by email or by posting on the Service at least 15 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
